LMS 7P "Princess Coronation" class no 6233 "Duchess of Sutherland" at Appleby, Cumbria on the 17th May 2003, with the "Lord Bishop" tour. This tour was celebrating the life and photographic work of Bishop Eric Treacy, and there was a ceremony on Appleby station that day in honour of the Bishop. Unfortunately, this stop was marred by rain and I was limited to what I could do with the camera; this is I believe the best photograph of those taken at Appleby (I did get to take some at Crewe later in the day).

Taken with the Minolta using a 28-80mm lens and Fujicolor Superia ISO 400 film. PSP-modified to brighten, alter colour balance, remove imperfections and reduce noise.
